Data collected
The current site does not contain a web form or customer account. Personal data may nevertheless be received when a visitor contacts Arta by email or telephone. This may include name, company, role, contact details, correspondence, project requirements and other information voluntarily provided.
Limited technical information, such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser information and security logs, may be processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver and protect the site.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations or projects: taking steps at the request of the contact before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performing a contract.
- Managing professional relationships and relevant B2B follow-up: Arta's legitimate interest in operating and developing its business, balanced against the contact's rights.
- Accounting, tax, legal and compliance records: compliance with legal obligations.
- Website and communications security: legitimate interests in preventing misuse and protecting systems.
Recipients
Data may be accessed by hosting, email, IT, accounting and professional-advisory providers acting under appropriate obligations. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities when legally required. Arta does not sell personal data.
International access
Some technology or communications providers may process or make data accessible outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, Arta will rely on a valid legal mechanism and appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
Retention
Enquiries and project communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relationship, establish or defend legal claims, and comply with applicable accounting, tax and commercial record-keeping obligations. Data that is no longer required will be deleted or securely restricted.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Send a request to contact@artatrading.es. Reasonable identity verification may be requested.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Security and updates
Reasonable organisational and technical safeguards are used in proportion to the nature of the data and the services. This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or processing activities change.
Review status
This policy reflects the current static site and email-based contact process. It must be reviewed before adding forms, newsletters, analytics, CRM integrations or advertising tools.
